Day 3: God Meets Us in the Deepest Places

Reading: Jonah 2:1-10; Psalm 139:7-12

Devotional: Inside the belly of a whale, Jonah discovered something remarkable: you cannot outrun God's presence. In the darkest, most impossible place imaginable, God was there. When Jonah finally stopped running and started praying, worship erupted even in his prison. God is not afraid of your deepest, darkest places. He's not intimidated by your failures, your addictions, or your shame. In fact, sometimes He allows us to reach the bottom so we'll finally look up. What you thought would destroy you might actually be what God uses to save you. The whale wasn't Jonah's tomb; it was his rescue vehicle. Whatever depths you've sunk to today, God is there, waiting for your honest prayer, ready to restore and redirect you.
