Day 1: The Prayer That Changes Everything

Reading: John 17:20-23

Devotional: Hours before the cross, Jesus did not pray for escape. He prayed for you. He prayed that all who would ever believe in him would be one, just as he and the Father are one. That means unity is not optional for the church -- it is the heartbeat of Christ's final intercession. When you choose division, you are working against the very prayer Jesus offered on your behalf. Today, consider what it would mean to honor that prayer with your actions, your words, and your relationships. Unity is not weakness. It is worship.

Reflection Question: Is there a relationship in your life where division has taken root that Jesus is calling you to address?

Practical Application: Write down the name of one person you are divided from and commit to praying for them every day this week.
